Background info:   On September 21st a man named Troy Davis was executed for a 1989 murder of a Georgia police officer.  Mr. Davis maintained his innocence since his conviction.  Many people believe there was too much doubt of his guilt especially after 7 of the 9 witnesses that testified against him recanted their stories saying they were coerced.  Most states in the U.
