Mission
The mission of Curtis Corner Middle School is to provide a safe learning environment that develops the whole child academically, socially, emotionally and physically. In partnership with families and the community, our goal is to enable children to be clear thinking communicators and enthusiastic life-long learners. CCMS will provide a challenging standards-based learning community with clear expectations and responsibilities that gives all students the opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and character necessary to contribute in a meaningful way to society.

We are pleased to report the following NECAP results for CCMS:
Reading
Grade 7--87% proficiency
Grade 8--89% proficiency
Math
Grade 7--82% proficiency
Grade 8--81% proficiency
Proficiency=percentage of students scoring a 3 or 4.
No scores were reported for Gr. 8 writing as the state piloted a new writing test.
Student-led Conferences were very successful--thank you for your participation!

Our school day is 7:40—1:52. We cannot allow students to enter the building until 7:15.

Attention Parents of Middle School Athletes!!!
Our process for evaluating athletic packets has changed:
Packets are available at CCMS in the main office. Spring Sports begin March 8th ~ Athletic Packets are due Wednesday March 3rd
Parents/Guardians must submit a copy of the most recent physical exam with the fully completed sports packet. Packets will only be accepted when the physical exam is attached to the athletic packet by the parent.
