Parents are invited to take SURVEYWORKS survey before February 16,2012

PARENT LETTER

Students will be taking the survey during school. IF you DO NOT want your child to take the survey please fill out the OPT-OUT FORM and return to CCMS by January 19, 2012.

You may return this form in person, by mail or have your student bring it to Learning Center

Our school day is 7:35—1:47. We cannot allow students to enter the building until 7:15.

Thank you for pulling forward in the parking lot during drop-off and pick-up!

Mission

The mission of Curtis Corner Middle School is to provide a safe learning environment that develops the whole child academically, socially, emotionally and physically. In partnership with families and the community, our goal is to enable children to be clear thinking communicators and enthusiastic life-long learners. CCMS. will provide a challenging standards-based learning community with clear expectations and responsibilities that gives all students the opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and character necessary to contribute in a meaningful way to society
